  15. ° Sterile bandages (large, small and medium)
  16. ° Sterile cotton wool
  17. ° Triangular bandage

  20. Carry a first aid kit in your car and put a card inside describing you and your family - blood group, medications, allergies, any medical conditions, and so on.

  23. TRAVELLERS KIT
  24. A selection of travel first aid kits are available from your local pharmacist. They should all be clearly labelled to avoid difficulties at Customs. The kit should contain:
  25. ° Any personal medicines
  26. ° Anti-diarrhoea tablets
  27. ° Anti-malarial tablets (if applicable)
  28. ° Antiseptic throat lozenges
  29. ° Clove oil (for toothache)
  30. ° Dressings, waterproof dressings, bandages, safety pins
  31. ° Indigestion tablets
  32. ° Insect repellents
  33. ° Acetaminophen or paracetamol
  34. ° Rehydration fluid sachets (for diarrhoea)
  35. ° Scissors, tweezers
  36. ° Senna laxatives (for constipation)
  37. ° Travel sickness tablets
  38. ° Broad spectrum of antibiotics
